• Snow Guarantee by Club Med

  From winter season 2025/26, for stays from 22 November to 21 December and from 22 March to 4 May, if 50% of the ski lifts close due to lack of snow for 2 consecutive days in the Resort booked by your clients or during their stay, we will offer them the possibility of being accommodated in another Club Med Resort with more abundant snow, subject to availability and at no extra cost.

   

  Conditions of the Club Med Snow Guarantee

  In the 5 days prior to departure or during the stay, you can request for your clients to be accommodated in one of our 14 Resorts in the Alps. The initial stay will be changed at no cost (except for transport costs, which are the responsibility of the client):

  • Subject to availability in another mountain Resort, on the same dates and for the same duration as the stay.
  • No additional cost if the new stay has a higher price.
  • Refund of the price difference by voucher if the new stay has a lower cost.
  • The same type of accommodation is not guaranteed.
  • The availability of additional services or à la carte, including Baby Club Med and Petit Club Med, is not guaranteed.
  • Refund of additional or à la carte services if not available in the new Resort.
  • The costs of changing flights and transfers to the new Resort are the responsibility of the client.
  • On Sundays, Club Med cannot guarantee the organisation of transfers between Resorts.
  • Beginner skiers cannot enrol in a mid-week course (beginner lessons start on Mondays).

   

  To validate the application of the Snow Guarantee, the customer must accept the new stay proposal in writing.

   

  Please note: for the 2025/26 winter season, these conditions apply to stays from 22 November to 21 December and from 22 March to 4 May.
