• Modification & Cancellation Policy

• BOOKING CONDITIONS & PAYMENTS

  Down payment of 30% from the total amount is required at time of booking.

  Settlement of full amount should be done 45 days prior to departure date.

   

  
  MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

  Cancellation Fees:

  In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 180 days before departure day: €50 per person
  • Within 179 and 45 days before departure:  €100 per person
  • Within 44 to 30 days: 25% of the total amount
  • Within 29 to 8 days: 50% of the total amount
  • Less than 7 days and till departure: 90% of the total amount

  VISA REJECTION

  Our agency is not responsible for any visa rejection. In this case, the regular Club Med Cancellation Penalty conditions will be applied.

   

   

   

  IMPORTANT
  In case of cancellation, the refund will be done with the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card or cash).
