  • STATUS VALIDITY & POINTS COLLECTION

  • STATUS VALIDITY:

    • A G.M. earns points from the moment of booking, which immediately activates their status and benefits, allowing them to enjoy these advantages right away and on future stays.
    • Each January 1st, the G.M.'s status is recalculated based on points accumulated from stays within the past two years and any upcoming, already-booked stays.
    • Their status is announced at the start of the year and remains valid from 01/01 to 31/12 of the current year (even if points from past stays expire during the year). However, for future bookings, if a G.M. cancels or modifies a reservation, points will be adjusted accordingly, which may result in a status downgrade before year-end.
    • Nevertheless, the G.M. can continue to earn points and potentially reach a higher status at any time during the year.

     

     

    ALL ABOUT POINTS:

    POINTS COLLECTION:

    • Book a future stay: Every expense during booking = loyalty points (1€ spent = 1 point)
    • Spend at the Resort: Every expense earns loyalty points (These points are acquired after the stay)
    • Extend the stay (1 night stay = 1,500 pts, between 2 and 7 nights = 2,500 pts, 8 or more nights = 3,000 pts)
    • Refer friends and family: One referral = 2,500 points
    • Travel by train with Club Med: Packages with train travel = 1,500 points
    • Take advantage of booster offer.

     

    POINTS VALIDITY:

    • Points are valid from the moment the booking is confirmed and up to two years after the stay. This allows the client to benefit from their new status immediately, without having to wait for their next stay.
    • The earlier the client books their stay, the longer their points remain valid. For example, if a G.M. books their stay a year in advance, they earn points at the time of booking, and those points remain valid for three years.
    • Even if some points expire during the year, their status remains valid until December 31 of the current year (unless there is a cancellation or modification of an upcoming booking).
