  Day 1: Flight to Rovaniemi

  Arrival to Rovaniemi. Transfer to your hotel. Check in. Free time to rest.

   

  Day 2: Visit Santa’s Village - Ride Snowmobiles and enjoy Reindeer Sleigh Ride

  Breakfast at the hotel and at around 11.00 AM transfer to discover Santa Claus village .

  Come and discover the secrets of Santa Claus and his trusted helpers! Meet Mr. Father Christmas himself, visit Santa’s Official Post Office, do some shopping and enjoy delicious lunch. After lunch, we head for the snowmobiles and drive to a local reindeer farm. Meet the reindeer, try a short reindeer sleigh ride, listen to the stories of reindeer and after a splendid day we drive back to the starting place with snowmobiles before returning to the city by bus.

  Includes: Winter clothing, transfers to Santa’s Village, meeting with Santa Claus, lunch, snowmobile instructions and safari 2 persons/snowmobile, driving approx. 1-1,5 hours, visit to reindeer farm, short reindeer sleigh ride, hot drinks, guiding in English. Not available for infants 0-3 years old.

   

  Day 3: Visit of husky farm and 5km husky ride in the morning and Aurora Viewing in the evening.

  After breakfast, transfer to the Husky farm to visit the farm and have a Husky Ride.

  Friendly barks of the huskies welcome you to the local farm but as soon as the safari of dogs departs from the kennel, the dogs quiet down and start to work. Enjoy the surrounding nature and the sledge ride in silence. Stop for a break in the wilderness and take photos. We drive two persons per team, but there is a possibility to change the driver along the way. The average length of the trail is 10 km, but the weather conditions and the skills of the participants may affect the length of the ride.

  In the evening, aurora viewing with a picnic under the Auroras (3 hours).

  The Northern Lights, also known as Aurora Borealis, are possible to be observed in the polar zone of the world. Our location on the Arctic Circle gives us the best possibilities to see them. Our guide will drive us out of the city reaching the perfect spot offering us the best open sky vision to enjoy the Lappish picnic hopefully under the Auroras.

  Day 4: Visit the Artic Snowhotel by snowmobile

  After breakfast enjoy a full day snowmobile safari to ice hotel The Arctic SnowHotel is one of the must-to-see when visiting Rovaniemi.

  Enjoy a long snowmobile safari along various tracks and tour around the arctic hotel where we learn about the construction of the icy masterpiece. Delicious lunch of glow-fried salmon is served in a warm wooden Kota tepee. We finish the day by snowmobiling back to the city knowing that this journey leaves us with many memorable impressions.
