MODIFICATION FEES
ALL- INCLUSIVE
- Name change allowed up to 15 days from departure, with an Administrative Fee of €100 per person.
MY CRUISE & LAST MINUTE DEALS:
- Name change is not allowed; it will be considered as Cancellation with 100% Penalties.
- Cabin change from MY CRUISE or Last Minute Deals to All-inclusive MY DRINKS is not allowed; it will be considered Cancellation with Penalties applied.
CANCELLATION FEES
MY CRUISE & ALL INCLUSIVE
- 100 EUR per person for Cancellations done up to 60 days from departure
- 25% of the price of the package for Cancellations between 59 and 31 days before departure
- 50% of the price of the package for Cancellations between 30 and 16 days before departure
- 75% of the price of the package for Cancellations between 15 and 6 days before departure
- 100% of the price of the package for Cancellations from 5 days before departure to departure date
- LAST MINUTEDEALS: NON-REFUNDABLE (100% Fees), regardless the date of cancellation.
This Policy is not applicable and not valid for : Promotional Bookings, Group Bookings, Around The World cruise and its Single Segments.
VISA REJECTION
- Our agency is not responsible for any visa rejection. In this case, the above regular Costa Cruises Cancellation Policy conditions will be applied.
EXPECTANT WOMEN / CHILDREN & INFANT POLICY
- As the ships are not equipped to offer assistance during pregnancy and birth, the expectant women are not permitted to join the cruise if they have entered the 24th week of their pregnancy.
- Children under the age of 18 may not travel unaccompanied on board Costa ships and babies will not be permitted to board if they are less than 6 months old on the first day of the cruise. This minimum age limit goes up to 12 months for transatlantic cruises and cruises of 15 days or more.
CHECK- IN ONLINE & THE CRUISE E- TICKET INFANT POLICY
- The Client can access My Costa at any time to fill in the mandatory data (personal details, telephone numbers, emergency number, etc.) required for Online Check-in.
- From 72 hours before departure, The Client is still required to complete a health self-declaration form. Once this has been successfully completed, they will be able to download their travel tickets and will be provided with a boarding slot for swabbing.
IMPORTANT
- In case of cancellation, the refund will be done with the same currency and mode of payment received (bank transfer, credit card or cash).
