A - Booking and issuing of air tickets:
As any travel agency, we have a dedicated team for ticketing who works with all airlines. As such, we are among the top 10 agents in Lebanon.

B -Hotel Bookings in Lebanon and all over the world:
Thanks to our own online booking system hoojoozat.com, we can book for you any hotel in the world at any time.

C - Charter operation:
Most of our summer tours are operated by charter flights. During this period, we have a minimum of 8 flights per week but sometimes it goes to 12 weekly flights. Aircrafts used are Airbus A320 and Boeing B737.

D - Daily sightseeing tours with guaranteed departures:
We are the only Lebanese Travel agent operating a complete sightseeing tours program covering all Lebanon as well as Syria and Jordan. It is a 15 years operation program which started in 1990 and has gradually expanded to be daily all year round with a minimum of 4 tours per day (sometimes it reaches 7), all of them with guaranteed departures. All our guides are licensed and well experienced. Official languages are English, French and Arabic but we can also arrange other languages when needed. We use deluxe tourist buses, mini-buses or vans with well experienced drivers. Most of our tours are with lunch served in 1st class restaurants. In parallel, we propose to our guests several night programs.

E - Private tours:
In parallel to our regular sightseeing tours, we organize private tours to guests who wish so. These tours are operated by our large fleet of Volvos S-80 (55 cars), 7 seats Mazda MPV (25 cars), Mercedes Vans (10 seats), mini-bus (Prestige 25 seats), MAN bus (35 seats) and Mercedes bus (49 seats). All drivers are well experienced and many of them speak English. Some of them speak Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, Armenian and Russian. Guides, when needed, are all licensed and can speak Arabic, French, English, Spanish, German, Turkish, Armenian and Russian. Many of them work exclusively with us.

F - Airport Services:
Thanks to our heavy operation at Beirut International airport we have a dedicated team for our airport services. They have permits allowing them to access all parts of the airport. Our services at the airport include meet and assist on arrival and departure, luggage check in case of loss, supervision and control of all departure and arrival steps for passengers, luggages and aircrafts.

G - Transfer Services:
Thanks to our sister company Taxi Première (totally owned by us) which owns a fleet of 80 cars (55 Volvos + 25 Mazdas), we have an intensive operation of airport transfers for arrivals and departures. We operate in normal days around 30 transfers but we usually have more than 60 transfers per day. These include transfers of individual tourists booked with us as well as individual tourists booked at any of the hotels where we are located (see next paragraph) and tourists booked with other travel agents. They also include managers of International companies using our Taxi Première services for all their local transportation.

H - Taxi services in Limousine cars:
In summer 2003, we created Taxi Première. It is a taxi company dedicated to tourism as we consider that taxi cars and taxi drivers should be adequate to tourism. It owns limousine cars (55 Volvos S-80 and 25 Mazda MPV ideal for families and small groups). Most drivers speak a minimum of one foreign language. All cars are of one color and drivers have their uniform. They are relayed with the head office by a radio and all cars are equipped by taximeters. It is a 24 hours operation. Our cars are parked at the following main hotels and places: Movenpick, Holiday Inn Dunes, Sheraton Coral Beach, Le Royal Beyrouth, Riad El-Solh Square, Badaro Sami El-Solh, Four points Sheraton, Safir Heliopolitan, Grand Hills, etc ...

I - Incoming services for individuals and groups:
We have a dedicated department to Incoming tourism in Lebanon. Persons in charge of this department receive requests of individuals and groups from all over the world. They are responsible for preparing adequate programs with affordable prices and to execute them while assuring full satisfaction of customers. They are assisted by our team of guides and drivers as well as our cars and buses.

J - Shore excursions for cruise ships:
We regularly organize shore excursions to international cruise ships having a one day stop at Beirut port. Such excursions include full day tours to with lunch and/or half day tour. Guests have the choice among all of them. Big numbers of participants (often 800 persons) take part in these tours.

K - Cruise programs:
Being the GSA of Costa Cruises, the number one cruise company in Europe with the largest and most modern fleet (11 cruise ships totaling 10000 cabins), we offer our guests a wide range of cruise programs in the Mediterranean, the Baltic Sea and the Caribbean. 

L - Tour programs:
Our summer programs include a lot of tours visiting Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and China. All of them are operated totally by us. Every group is composed of 35 to 40 persons and has his own bus during the whole program. Each program is conducted by one of our tour-leaders. We have trained and maintained a team of 25 well experienced tour-leaders who are in charge of the well execution of the program and of the quality of the services provided.

M - Holiday programs:
Part of our creativity has been to introduce new destinations to the Lebanese market. While Rhodes was introduced by us in 1963, we were successful in introducing in past years Marmaris, Bodrum and Antalya in Turkey, Rimini in Italy and Marbella in Spain. In parallel, we introduced the all inclusive formula to the Lebanese market with big success threw the launching of the Letoonia Club in turkey then the WOW resorts also in Turkey.
We have been lately appointed GSA for Club Med, the world leader of beach and mountain resorts with over 100 club resorts in 5 continents.

N - Local assistance for foreigners needing help during their stay in Lebanon:
Being representative of Europ'Assistance, the world leader of travel assistance, we take care of all foreigners needing assistance while they are in Lebanon. This assistance may be for medical purposes but also for legal problems, technical problems related to their car or travel, etc...

O - Organization of medical seminars:
We assist several doctors and/or associations in the organization of their seminars while medical program is prepared and executed by them. We are in charge of the organization of all services related to guests coming from outside Lebanon (air tickets, transfers, hotel reservation, tours, shuttles to meeting places, etc...)

P - Airline representatives:
We are  the GSA for Armavia,the national airline of Armenia.

Q- Car Rentals:
Thanks to our strategical partnership with several car rental compagnies, we offer a wide choice of cars of newest models with or without drivers.
